Sangita Devi Dasi, RN, Hospice Educator, visits the Bhaktivedanta Hospice that she
helped build along with His Holiness Giriraj Swami. The doors opened in 2010. Over 200 terminally ill local patients and families are cared for by our medical teams, free of charge, in their homes per month in surrounding villages. In addition, there are approximately nine patients or so staying in the hospice facility at any given time who receive inpatient care.
